We Can't Think of a Title... Or Anything to Write

How original are we with our titles? I say pretty damn creative. How many people could come up with something so gloriously original? Our title, just our title, should get an innovation award. Although Alexy insists on "insert title here" but she's sick, therefore delirious, so don't take anything she says seriously today.

Yeah, poor Little Lake (Alexy's adorable nickname I came up with) has had a fever the past few days. She isn't exactly sure why, the only thing she does know is that she is too exhausted to do much of anything. True facts. For example, she has missed most of her classes today and yesterday and she hasn't left her bed except to go to the bathroom. She's calling me a "meanie-face" for describing her bad health and I can't help but find this so deliciously fun. Alexy called me mentally unsound for that. But I am worried. She hasn't been sick all year, and according to Alexy she never gets a fever. Hopefully this is just a 48 hour bug. I don't want my roomy getting sick on me! That would be awful...

So, we should have a formal introduction. You know, supply some information about ourselves, likes dislikes, all that jazz. And we had planned on doing that. Unfortunately, due to Alexy's illness, we have to postpone that till next week, or at least a few days... or whenever. Possibly next century. We are horrible procrastinators. But, c'mon, bum is in the freaking title, what else would you expect?!

So I guess this was pretty much the lamest post ever. If anybody out there is disappointing, I don't know who would be since we gots no readers, please resist the urge to beat us up.

first entry

Okay, so this is our first entry, with no help from my roommate (thanks Alexy). Hopefully she'll be more inclined to assist me in the future, considering we are now in a Sisromance relationship. Yeah, pretty lame reference to a Bromance, but considering we're not bros., or dudes for that matter, a Sisromance will have to do. If you have any suggestion on what to call our daring relationship just shout it out in a comment. That would be totally awesome. I mean, if we got a comment on our first blog entry our egos would skyrocket. I might even develop self-esteem. And who knows, Alexy could become a social butterfly. Can you say foam parties, hint hint.

Aaaaanyways, I am Emily, an annoying girl with too much time on her hands... Except not really. I'm in college, a freshman actually, and I should be dedicating by time to studying or doing 62 math problems. But instead I'm sitting on a computer, narrating my boring life, hoping that you fabulous people out there will find this entertaining and worth reading. I intend to do this as a project with my roommate, who I have officially declared my best friend. This is a serious step considering I haven't had a best friend in almost two years (long story). Let's see if we can get her to say a few words.

Emily: Sooooo, Alexy, anything to say on our first blog post?
Alexy: -evil stare-
Emily: Uhmmmm, my what big eyes you have.
Alexy: I see what you're doing... Alexy's a cool panda.
Emily: Hahahahaha, you're an idiot.
Alexy: -close up sad panda face*-
Emily: OH my god. That is too close for comfort. I'm the one who is supposed to be coming onto you.
-gropes-
Alexy: AHHHHH! I'm going to kill you in your sleep. e___e
-evil chuckle-


Well, that was fun. It's always a joy to watch her squirm.

I'm not abusive, or a sicko as Alexy just interjected. I'm an odd ball who has odd tendencies, and considering she is the only person at college I'm most comfortable with, I pretty much do whatever I want in front of her. Sometimes she goes along with me, and other times she is pretty damn stubborn.

Alexy: That's rude! D<

But I love her for it. I'm the goofy whack job and she's the straight man, or woman, preferably a woman, who is hesitant but eventually goes along with my shenanigans.

Alexy: I like the word shenanigans.
Emily: I do too.
Alexy: It's such a nice word. What kind of animal do you think a shenanigan would be?
Emily: ... I dunno.
Alexy: Maybe a weasel.
Emily: Or a lemming. Would a lemming work?
Alexy: Maaaaybeeee.


So, okay. That's pretty much it for this very first entry. We'll try and do another one soon. We also have very clever friends who would probably enjoy this crazy project; we might be able to reel them in on the fun. Then again, who knows! This whole blog idea might turn out to be a one time whim and we'll never think of it again. Hopefully not, but only time will tell.
